  • Concepts, executes and implements innovative creative content across digital, broadcast TV, traditional and grassroots platforms, driving impactful audience engagement and brand visibility.

  • Led graphic design staff at FUEL Marketing for all in-house and client projects.

U.S. Ski and Snowboard  //  2006–March 2014
Director, Creative Services

  • Oversaw graphic design, photography and video along with all visual elements associated with its core brands (formerly U.S. Ski Team, U.S. Snowboarding and U.S. Freeskiing).

  • Developed short and long term strategic plans for the core brands that addressed strengths, challenges, brand growth, action plans, value and Return on Investment.

  • Provided and managed overall creative vision and concepting for U.S. Ski and Snowboard.

  • Managed and enforced the U.S. Ski and Snowboard image standards and intellectual property.

  • Directed and oversaw photo and video shoots focused on national team athletes for uses that included media, advertising and sponsor activation.

  • Executed projects of all capacities including print, digital, multimedia, 3-dimensional installments, garment design and large-scale.

  • Worked hand-in-hand with all departments and constituents of U.S. Ski and Snowboard including partners’ in-house design teams and agencies (Columbia Sportswear, P&G/w+k, Putnam, Nature Valley/Curb Crowser, etc.).
